There are a few simple tricks to making the perfect burger in your kitchen. 🍔
✔️don’t over mix the meat
✔️make a little dimple on the top of each patty before frying so the patty stays flat
✔️use kraft American cheese slices ✔️grill your patty in a hot skillet (I use cast iron) for 6 minutes on each side and leave it alone while it cooks (no pressing with a spatula)
✔️let your hamburgers sit in the fridge for two hours after forming them and let them sit at room temp for 30 minutes before cooking them
