• 1.5 lbs of ground beef (80/20 mix is perfect)
• 1 heaping tablespoon of sweet relish
• 1 Tablespoon of yellow mustard
• 1 splash of kitchen bouquet browning sauce or soy sauce
• salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried minced onion (season how much or how little you like)
Mix this all together until it is just combined, don’t over mix. Form four patties, make a dimple on the top of each. In the fridge for two hours, on the counter for 30 minutes. Cook 6 minutes on each side in a hot, oiled skillet. I add a slice of cheese at the end. Serve with lettuce, red onion, tomato, ketchup , mustard , dill pickle slices. 😋
