There are a few simple tricks to making the perfect burger in your kitchen


• 1.5 lbs of ground beef (80/20 mix is perfect)⁣
• 1 heaping tablespoon of sweet relish⁣
• 1 Tablespoon of yellow mustard ⁣
• 1 splash of kitchen bouquet browning sauce or soy sauce ⁣
• salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried minced onion (season how much or how little you like)⁣

Mix this all together until it is just combined, don’t over mix. Form four patties, make a dimple on the top of each. In the fridge for two hours, on the counter for 30 minutes. Cook 6 minutes on each side in a hot, oiled skillet. I add a slice of cheese at the end. Serve with lettuce, red onion, tomato, ketchup , mustard , dill pickle slices. 😋⁣
