
Spaghetti with Pepper Cream, Chorizo and Shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
Some basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preparation of the peppers:
Roast the red peppers in the oven or on a hot plate until the skin is completely blackened. Remove them from the oven, place them in a plastic bag to let cool, then peel them. Mix the peppers with the sour cream, a pinch of paprika, salt and pepper to get a creamy peppercorn cream.
Cooking spaghetti:
Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of salt water according to the instructions on the package. Give them a listen and book.
Preparing shrimp and chorizo:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, then simmer until tender. Add the chorizo pods and cook until slightly crispy. Then add in the shrimp and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until nicely pink and cooked.
