🥣 2. Scoop & Mash:
Carefully scoop out the inside of each potato half, leaving a thin shell.
Mash the insides in a bowl with butter, sour cream, milk, salt & pepper.
Stir in shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
🧀 3. Fill & Bake Again:
Spoon the filling back into the potato shells.
Sprinkle with bacon bits or red pepper flakes if desired.
Bake in oven at 190°C (375°F) for another 15–20 minutes, until golden and heated through.
