🥩 Seared Ribeye Steak with Twice-Baked Potatoes

For the Twice-Baked Potatoes:

  • 4 large baking potatoes

  • 2–3 tbsp butter

  • 1/4 cup sour cream or cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional toppings: bacon bits or red pepper flakes

🔥 1. Bake the Potatoes (First Bake):

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Scrub the potatoes clean and prick them with a fork.

  3. Bake directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet for about 45–60 minutes until soft inside.

  4. Let cool slightly, then cut in half lengthwise.
