1 egg

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp French mustard
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix together:
Minced meat
1 egg
Grated onion
Chopped pepper
Grated carrot
Parsley & dill
Flour, sauce, curry powder, salt & pepper
Mix until fully combined. Set aside.
2. Roll Out Puff Pastry
Lightly flour your work surface.
Roll out the pastry into a thin sheet.
Cut into rectangles or squares.
3. Assemble the Pastries
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry piece.
Add a sprinkle of cheese if using.
Fold over and seal the edges (use a fork or pinch).
Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking tray.
4. Apply Egg Wash
Whisk together:
1 egg
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Brush the tops of the pastries with egg wash.
5. Bake
Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
