Roasted Garlic Parmesan Zucchini, Squash & Tomatoes

1. Preheat & Prep Veggies

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, yellow squash, and halved cherry tomatoes.


2. Season Everything

Add the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
Toss until all the vegetables are well-coated in the flavorful mixture.
