Ranch pork chops and potatoes in a crock pot

Step 1: Get the slow cooker ready: To start, grease the inside of your crockpot or slow cooker. This easy step makes sure nothing sticks and makes it easy to clean up.

2. Layer the potatoes: The sliced potatoes are the base of this dish. Carefully put them in the bottom of your slow cooker and season them with a little salt and pepper.

3. Add Pork Chops: The star of the show now is those juicy pork chops with the bones still in them. Don’t forget to sprinkle a little salt and pepper on both sides before putting them on top of the potato bed.

4. Make the ranch sauce:

Start making the ranch sauce in a bowl with a mixer. Sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chicken stock, and ranch dressing mix should all be mixed together. Carefully stir the ingredients together until the mixture is very smooth, making sure that all the tastes go well together.

When you’re done making the ranch sauce, pour a lot of it over the pork chops and potatoes in the slow cooker. This step is very important for spreading the delicious mix of tastes out evenly.
