For Pink Lemonade Cake:
- 1 box white cake mix
- ¾ cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate
- ½ cup water
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 4 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- a couple of drops of pink food coloring if desired
For Pink Lemonade Buttercream:
- 4 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter softened
- 3 1/2 Tbsp frozen pink lemonade concentrate
