- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
For the Potato Layers
- 9. 4 cups (2–3 large) Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
- 10. 1 ½ cups Shredded extra sharp yellow cheddar cheese
For Cooking
- 11. 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 12. 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
