Mix all meatloaf ingredients together.

chopped meat

onion, finely chopped

chopped parsley

oatmeal

Italian bread crumbs
1 c
finely shredded carrots
1 c
finely shredded celery
6 Tbsp
ketchup
SAUCE
1/3 c
ketchup
1 can
beef consomme soup (10.5 oz)
1/2 tsp
dried basil
1 Tbsp
corn starch
several drops of Frank’s red hot sauce or Tabasco hot sauce (optional)

Shape into loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
