Ingredients:
200g almonds
1 egg white
125g sugar
125g honey
Instructions:
Prepare the almonds:
Boil the almonds for 3 minutes to loosen the skin. Remove the skin.
Toast the almonds at 170°C (340°F) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Let them cool.
Prepare the syrup:
In a saucepan, combine 125g sugar and 125g honey. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Combine the ingredients:
Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in 1 egg white until well combined.
