Garlic Butter Bread Bombs

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • ½ tsp salt

For topping:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • Extra parsley (optional)


Instructions:

Make the dough:

In a bowl, mix warm milk, water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until dough comes together.

Knead for 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Prepare garlic butter filling:

Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt into a smooth paste.

Shape the bombs:

Punch down dough and divide into 12 pieces.

Flatten each piece, place 1 tsp of garlic butter in the center, then pinch edges to seal into a ball.
