Cream cheesecake

Preparation Instructions:

Preheating the oven:

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) .

Preparing the base:

In a medium bowl, combine crushed graham cookies, sugar, and melted butter until combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (approximately 23 cm) springform pan , creating an even base.

Preparation of the cheese mass:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add the vanilla extract, then the eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.

Pour the cheese mixture onto the prepared base.

Baking:

Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes , until the center is almost set (it may jiggle slightly).
