
Cream cheesecake
Preparing the cream layer:
In a small bowl, combine the cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Gently spread the mixture over the hot, baked cheesecake.
Finishing:
Place the cheesecake with the cream layer back in the oven for 10 minutes .
Cooling and serving:
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow to cool completely at room temperature.
Then put the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours to get the right consistency.
Serve cold, preferably decorated with fruit or whipped cream.
