🍔 Classic Cheeseburger with Fries Recipe

  • 2 large russet potatoes

  • 3 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)


Instructions:

🍟 Fries:

  1. Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into strips.

  2. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes (removes excess starch).

  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

  4. Fry potatoes for 3–4 minutes until soft but not golden. Remove & drain.

  5. Increase oil to 375°F (190°C), fry again for 2–3 minutes until crispy golden.

  6. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
