Ingredients for the dough:
• 4 eggs
• 500 ml sugar
• 250 ml oil
• 250 ml milk
• 250 ml cocoa (50% cocoa)
• 700 ml wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, sugar, and oil until light and fluffy.
2. Add the milk and cocoa powder, mixing thoroughly.
3. Gradually add the flour.
4. Finally, add the baking powder.
5. Bake in a greased and floured baking tin in an oven preheated to 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
