Chocolate Cake with Brigadier and White Cream

🥥 Filling 1 – White cream:
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1/2 can of heavy cream
• 1/2 cup of powdered milk (optional, for a creamier consistency)

Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pot. Set aside to cool.

🍫 Filling 2 – Creamy Brigadeiro:
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• 1/2 can of heavy cream

Bake until soft brigadeiro consistency. Let cool before filling.

🧁 Preparation:
1. Cut the cake into 2 or 3 layers.
2. Apply the filling, alternating layers: one layer of white cream, the other brigadeiro.
3. Finally, drizzle with icing and sprinkle to taste.
