Step 1: Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually stir in warm water and olive oil until a dough forms.
Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Roll & Fill
Roll the dough into a thin rectangle (about ¼ inch thick). Spread marinara sauce evenly, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and layer pepperoni slices across the surface.

Step 3: Roll It Up
Starting from the long side, roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the seam to seal and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake to Perfection
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Let cool slightly before slicing to keep them neat and cheesy.
