Cheesecake with Condensed Milk

Preparation:

  1. Cheesecake Mix:  In a large bowl, combine the cheese, pudding mix, egg yolks, and condensed milk. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

  2. Egg whites:  In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  3. Combining the masses:  Gently add the beaten egg whites to the cheese mass, mixing with a spoon until fluffy and uniform.

  4. Baking:  Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the cheese mixture into it.

  5. Baking in the oven:  Bake in a preheated oven at temperatures:

    • 170°C for 45 minutes (top-bottom)

    • 140°C for another 15 minutes

    • 100°C for the last 15 minutes

  6. Cooling:  After baking, leave the cheesecake in the oven for about 30 minutes to cool slowly.

  7. Decoration:  Spread the caramel on the cooled cheesecake and sprinkle with roasted almonds.
