Canadian Ribs for the Christmas Table

For the marinade:

  • 100 ml maple syrup
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Preparation Method 🧑‍🍳

Preparing the meat:

  1. Wash the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut them into portions, rub them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Set aside for 20 minutes. 🕒

Preparing the marinade:

  1. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and thyme. 🥣
  2. Pour the marinade over the meat, coat it thoroughly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight). ❄️
