For the marinade:
- 100 ml maple syrup
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation Method 🧑🍳
Preparing the meat:
- Wash the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut them into portions, rub them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Set aside for 20 minutes. 🕒
Preparing the marinade:
- In a bowl, combine maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and thyme. 🥣
- Pour the marinade over the meat, coat it thoroughly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight). ❄️
