Bake or fry:
Oven:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 45 minutes, basting them with the remaining marinade every 15 minutes.
- Increase the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 10 minutes to achieve a caramelized crust. 🔥
Frying pan:
- Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet. Fry the ribs over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. 🍳
- Cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 🍖
Serving and Storage Tips 🍽️
- Serving: Serve with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables or a light arugula and pomegranate salad.
- Storage: Refrigerate for up to 3 days in a tightly sealed container. To reheat, use an oven or a frying pan.
