🧾 Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 200g minced meat (beef or lamb)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 red onion, grated

  • 1 bell pepper or chili, finely chopped

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce or soy sauce

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Fresh dill, chopped

  • Grated cheese (optional – cheddar or mozzarella recommended)

For the Puff Pastry:

  • 450g puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)

  • Flour (for rolling)

  • Butter (for greasing the baking tray)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp dried garlic

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Egg Wash:
