π Ingredients
For the Pork Chops:
4 boneless pork chops (or bone-in for more flavor)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream (or half & half for lighter option)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional β adds tang)
Optional Thickener:
2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp cold water (mixed to make slurry)
Garnish:
Fresh chopped parsley

1. Season & Sear Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
Sear pork chops ~3β4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. Make Creamy Garlic Sauce
Lower skillet heat and add butter.
SautΓ© garlic for ~30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add Italian seasoning, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard.
Stir well and simmer 2β3 minutes.
