🥘 Zucchini Potato Meat Casserole

 

  • 400 g ground beef-pork mix

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper

  • 1 medium carrot, grated

  • 1–2 onions, finely chopped

  • 5–6 button mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil (for sautéing)

  • 2 Tbsp breadcrumbs

🧄 Creamy Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp sour cream

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

  • 150 ml milk

  • 70 g Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

🧀 Topping & Bake
