You can make banana cake at Bakery Taste!

 

First add a layer of salt to the slow cooker. Then place a stand in it, cover it, and let it heat on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Now take 2 big bananas, peel them and mash them well in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup butter, 1 egg, 1/2 cup jaggery to it. Now mix it well. Then add 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix everything well. Finally add 1 cup maida flour to it.

Now mix the mixture well. Then grease a cake pan with butter and pour the prepared mixture into it. Now put the pan in the preheated cooker and cook for 40 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool. Now cut the banana cake into pieces. The banana cake is ready, delicious and soft, just like the one made in a bakery.
