Preparation of potatoes:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Cook the potatoes in plenty of salted water until soft (about 15-20 minutes).
Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
Dough:
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or fork until smooth.
Add the flour little by little and mix until you have a smooth mixture.
Forming the balls:
Take a small amount of dough and form balls with your hands.
Continue until you use up all the dough and shape them as shown in the photo.
Fry:
Heat the seed oil in a deep frying pan until it reaches approximately 170-180°C.
Fry the potato balls a few at a time, until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Serving:
Salt the fried potato balls to taste and serve hot.
