Stuffed Taco Pockets

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Instructions

1. Cook the Beef

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, then simmer 2–3 minutes until well coated.

2. Prep the Dough

Unroll crescent dough and cut into squares or rectangles. Flatten slightly so there’s room for filling.

3. Fill & Fold

Spoon about 1–2 tbsp of seasoned beef onto each dough square. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal into a pocket.

4. Bake

Place pockets seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

5. Garnish & Serve

Top with diced tomatoes or parsley for color. Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole for dipping.

šŸ“ Serving Ideas

  • Make it a meal: serve with rice and beans.

  • Make it a snack: cut them smaller and serve on a platter.
