Preparation:
- Cream the softened butter with the egg yolks and sugar. While whisking constantly, slowly add the liquid honey.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda , then slowly add the mixture to the batter. Line a baking pan with baking paper and transfer the batter to the pan (the batter should be very thick).
- Place the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about an hour.
