Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cookie mix, rolled oats and semi-sweet chocolate chips until combined.
  • Using a stand or hand mixer, beat in the eggs, peanut butter and heavy cream to form a thick dough.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and press into an even, thick layer.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes or until cooked through and the edges are just starting to turn golden brown.
  • Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
