
One Egg Cake
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, whisk the egg with sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the oil, orange juice, and vanilla, and mix well.
4. Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold gently into the mixture.
5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Let it cool before serving.
