Egg Preparation: Hard-boil the eggs. Place them in boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes until completely set. Then pour cold water over them and peel them from their shells.
Egg Filling: Halve each egg and carefully remove the yolks. Mash the egg yolks in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, parsley, and grated cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
Breading: Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs. Coat each half of the egg filled with filling first with flour, then with egg, and finally with breadcrumbs. Try to cover the entire surface.
Frying: Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the deviled eggs in the hot oil and fry for a few minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy. Turn the eggs regularly to ensure even browning.
Draining: After frying, place the eggs on a plate lined with paper towels to remove any excess oil.
