
Oatmeal and Banana Casserole with Cocoa – A Recipe for a Healthy Snack
Preparing the oven:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
Preparation of the mass:
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add a cup of oatmeal and mix thoroughly.
Adding ingredients:
Mix cocoa, chopped walnuts, ground almonds and an additional 30g of rolled oats.
Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
Forming cookies:
Using a spoon, form small mounds of dough onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
