
My Reliable Cheesecake
Cheese mass:
1 kg of ground cottage cheese (or good quality cheese from a bucket)
2 eggs + 5 egg whites
150 g butter (soft)
1 vanilla pudding
3/4 cup of sugar
1 package of vanilla sugar
1 can of peaches
Form dimensions: 23 cm x 35 cm
Preparation:
Shortcrust pastry:
Pour flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa, and sugar onto a pastry board. Mix.
Add the chopped cold butter and chop with a knife.
Add the egg yolks and cream, then knead the dough into a smooth ball.
Divide the dough into two parts (one larger). Use the larger part to line the bottom of the springform pan and prick with a fork. Place the smaller part in the freezer.
