Marshmallow with jelly

📋 Made by:

1. Preparation of jelly:

  1. Dissolve the gooseberry jelly in 200 ml of hot water and set aside to cool. 🍈
  2. Dissolve the raspberry jelly in 200 ml of hot water and set aside to cool. 🍓

2. Preparing the mold:

  1. Line a 20×20 cm baking tin with cling film.
  2. Place the biscuits on the bottom of the pan. 🍪

3. Aggrestowa period:

  1. Pour 200 ml of cold milk into a tall container, add one package of “Śnieżka” (Snow White) and beat until fluffy using a blender with a whisk attachment. 🥛
  2. At the end of whipping, pour in the gooseberry jelly and mix. 🍈
  3. Refrigerate the mixture briefly, then spread it over the biscuits. Refrigerate until set. ❄️
