1. Preparation of jelly:
- Dissolve the gooseberry jelly in 200 ml of hot water and set aside to cool. 🍈
- Dissolve the raspberry jelly in 200 ml of hot water and set aside to cool. 🍓
2. Preparing the mold:
- Line a 20×20 cm baking tin with cling film.
- Place the biscuits on the bottom of the pan. 🍪
3. Aggrestowa period:
- Pour 200 ml of cold milk into a tall container, add one package of “Śnieżka” (Snow White) and beat until fluffy using a blender with a whisk attachment. 🥛
- At the end of whipping, pour in the gooseberry jelly and mix. 🍈
- Refrigerate the mixture briefly, then spread it over the biscuits. Refrigerate until set. ❄️
