Marshmallow

Ingredients:

Sponge cake:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup of fine sugar
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 sugar-free chocolate puddings
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

Time:

  • 500 ml of 30% cream
  • 4 vanilla homogenized cheeses (150g each)
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 2 lemon jellies

Icing:

  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of sour cream 18%
  • 1/2 cup of fine sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin
  • 1/4 cup of water
