Unroll the crescent dough and separate into individual triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the sausage mixture on the wider end of each triangle.
Roll up tightly toward the pointed end, tucking in the sides as needed to seal.

Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.


4. Brush & Bake

Brush each roll lightly with the beaten egg for that perfect golden finish.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown on top.


5. Cool & Serve

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
