Grandma’s Soft Cake: Simple, Quick and Foolproof

Preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.

4. Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt, then gradually add them to the mixture.

5. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold.

6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the cake is golden brown and risen.

7. Check the cooking with a toothpick (it should come out dry).
