German Lemonade

Preparation
First, cut the lemons into quarters, keeping the peel. Be sure to remove the white pith from the center to avoid bitterness.
Next, place the lemon pieces in a blender and add 450 ml of ice water. Blend well to extract all the juice.

Straight away, strain the liquid through a sieve to remove the pulp, leaving only the juice.
Then return the strained juice to the blender. Add the condensed milk, the chopped mango, 200 ml of ice water, and ice to taste.
Blend again until smooth and creamy.
Finally, transfer to a pitcher or serve directly in glasses with additional ice, if preferred.
Additional Information

Opt for ripe mangoes for a sweeter, more pleasant flavor.
For a change, substitute the condensed milk with coconut milk for a lighter version.
Serve immediately to maximize the drink’s refreshing flavor.
