Garlic Butter Steak Bites

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the Steak

Start with sirloin or your favorite cut. Pat dry with paper towels—this step is important for a good sear. Season generously with salt and pepper.

2. Sear to Perfection

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes in a single layer, leaving space between them. Sear each side for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Work in batches if needed so they crisp instead of steam.

3. Make the Garlic Butter

Once the steak is done, remove it from the skillet. Lower the heat to medium and add butter. As it melts, stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Toss & Coat

Return steak bites to the skillet. Toss them in the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes so every cube is coated in that glossy, rich flavor.

5. Garnish & Serve

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately. These pair beautifully with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, rice, or even skewers for party bites.

🍴 Extra Flavor Boosts

  • Add a pinch of chili flakes for spice.

  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top for brightness.

  • Swap parsley for rosemary or thyme for a new twist.
