๐Ÿ– Fried Pork with Onion Sauce & Boiled Potatoes

  • Approx. 800 g potatoes, peeled and boiled in salted water

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

1. Boil the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and boil them in lightly salted water for 20โ€“25 minutes, depending on size.

2. Fry the Pork
Slice the pork into thin pieces.
Heat a frying pan (no oil is required, as the pork will release its own fat).
Fry the slices until crisp over medium-high heat, about 3โ€“5 minutes per side.
Place on kitchen paper to drain. Keep warm.
