Preparation
- Prepare the cauliflower - Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets. 
- Boil them in salted water for 2 minutes . Drain well to remove any remaining water. 
 
- Prepare the mixture - In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 
- Add the cauliflower, fresh parsley, flour, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to coat everything. 
 
- Fry - Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan. 
- Dip each floret in the egg mixture and fry until golden brown and crispy . 
 
- Drain and serve - Remove and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. 
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce. 
 
Tips
- You can substitute the Parmesan with grated mixed cheese to vary the flavor. 
- If you prefer a lighter version, try baking them at 200°C for 20 minutes instead of frying them. 
- Serve with garlic yogurt sauce or homemade mayonnaise .
