Fried Cauliflower with Parmesan

 Preparation

  1. Prepare the cauliflower

    • Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.

    • Boil them in salted water for 2 minutes . Drain well to remove any remaining water.

  2. Prepare the mixture

    • In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    • Add the cauliflower, fresh parsley, flour, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to coat everything.

  3. Fry

    • Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan.

    • Dip each floret in the egg mixture and fry until golden brown and crispy .

  4. Drain and serve

    • Remove and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

    • Serve hot with your favorite sauce.

 Tips

  • You can substitute the Parmesan with grated mixed cheese to vary the flavor.

  • If you prefer a lighter version, try baking them at 200°C for 20 minutes instead of frying them.

  • Serve with garlic yogurt sauce or homemade mayonnaise .
