Preparation
Prepare the cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Boil them in salted water for 2 minutes . Drain well to remove any remaining water.
Prepare the mixture
In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add the cauliflower, fresh parsley, flour, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to coat everything.
Fry
Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan.
Dip each floret in the egg mixture and fry until golden brown and crispy .
Drain and serve
Remove and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
Tips
You can substitute the Parmesan with grated mixed cheese to vary the flavor.
If you prefer a lighter version, try baking them at 200°C for 20 minutes instead of frying them.
Serve with garlic yogurt sauce or homemade mayonnaise .
