
Fluffy Key Lime Pie
1. Make the crust:
1 Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
2 Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
3 Press into a 9-inch pie pan (bottom & sides).
4 Bake for 8–10 mins, then let cool completely. 

2. Make the filling:
1 In a bowl, whisk together:
◦ Sweetened condensed milk
◦ Key lime juice
◦ Lime zest
◦ Vanilla extract�➤ The mixture will thicken slightly. Set aside. 

2 In another bowl, whip the cold cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. 

3 Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until fully combined and fluffy!
