In a bowl containing the chicken, mix 2 large eggs and 2 tablespoons sour cream.
Add the onion, parsley, and grated mozzarella to the mix.
At this stage, mix the dry ingredients and spices – adding flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Continue adding garlic powder and paprika.
The consistency of the mixture obtained should be slightly sticky, but should hold its shape.
Form a mixture of meatballs using your hands or a spoon.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat.
When the oil is hot, place the meatballs in the pan.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
After frying, remove the meatballs from the pan and leave them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley or green onions.
