Crispy zucchini with an aromatic crust

 Quick preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C or prepare your air fryer.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the spices, salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the zucchini in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and drizzle with a little oil.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes , turning halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
