2 cups fresh cranberries
¾ cup sugar

Zest of 1 orange (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place turkey breast on a roasting pan.
Brush with melted butter and season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 1.5–2 hours (about 20 minutes per pound), until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Boil potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes until tender.
Drain and mash with butter, warm milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.
