  • 1 whole turkey breast (about 4–5 lbs) or boneless turkey roast

  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Gravy:

  • 3 tbsp turkey drippings (or butter if none available)

  • 3 tbsp flour

  • 2 cups turkey or chicken broth
