Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie Bombs

  1. Cook the apple filling
    In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir and cook until the apples are soft and caramelized (5–7 minutes).

  2. Prep the dough
    Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate the dough. Flatten each roll into a small circle using your hands.

  3. Fill & seal
    Spoon a little apple mixture into the center of each dough circle. Pinch the edges together to form a sealed ball. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake
    Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. Finish with icing
    Drizzle the warm bombs with the cinnamon roll icing. Serve immediately for maximum gooeyness.
