Prepare chickpeas

Add egg yolks, red bell pepper, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Fry the patties
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Fry patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Prepare the yogurt sauce
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Serve
Serve the chickpea patties warm with yogurt sauce on the side.
