Step 4: Baking

  1. Transfer the cheese mixture to a cake tin lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in an oven preheated to 170ยฐC for about 60 minutes (or until a skewer comes out clean).
  3. After baking, leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door ajar to cool gradually.

Tips:

  • Add orange zest to enhance the citrus flavor.
  • The cheesecake tastes best after chilling in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • Serve with whipped cream, fruit or chocolate icing.
