Step 4: Baking
- Transfer the cheese mixture to a cake tin lined with baking paper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 170ยฐC for about 60 minutes (or until a skewer comes out clean).
- After baking, leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door ajar to cool gradually.
Tips:
- Add orange zest to enhance the citrus flavor.
- The cheesecake tastes best after chilling in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Serve with whipped cream, fruit or chocolate icing.
